How you will feel supported and understood
My path into counselling has been shaped not only by professional training but also by personal experience. Like many of us, I have encountered moments in life that have required deep reflection and growth. These experiences allow me to work with empathy, clarity, and a practical approach.

Clients often describe me as…
…warm, kind, and genuine, qualities I bring into every session. I feel truly privileged to be present with people during their most vulnerable times and continually inspired by their courage and resilience. I aim to provide a space where you feel deeply heard and supported, free from judgement or pressure. It is an honour to be entrusted with what is often deeply personal, and I take that responsibility seriously.
Whether you are facing specific challenges or just have a sense that something needs to change, counselling offers a space to explore what is going on in your life. My role is to support you in making sense of your experiences and help you move forward in a way that aligns with your values and aspirations.
The benefits of counselling
Counselling can be beneficial whether you come as an individual or a couple. It offers a confidential, non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace, supported by someone who respects your autonomy and innate capacity for growth.
My approach is grounded in person-centred counselling, developed by psychologist Carl Rogers. This approach is based on the belief that you already hold the inner resources needed for healing and self-understanding. My role is not to diagnose or direct, but to offer a genuine, empathic, and accepting relationship where meaningful psychological change can occur.
I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and valued no matter what you bring. Through a consistent and supportive relationship, we can work together to make sense of difficult emotions, past experiences, or patterns that may be impacting your wellbeing, relationships, or sense of identity. With time and support, clients begin to feel more at ease within themselves, more confident in the choices they make, and more able to live in a way that feels true to who they are.
