Should you decide to make an appointment, or if you need to cancel, the following policy applies:

• Payment is required in advance of your appointment by BACS (bank transfer).
• If you need to cancel, 48 hours’ notice is required.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged as follows:

£50 for individuals
£50 for couples

Before your first appointment, I will provide you with a counselling agreement for you to review and sign.
