Should you decide to make an appointment, or if you need to cancel, the following policy applies:

• Payment is required in advance of your appointment by BACS (bank transfer).
  • £55 for individual appointments.
  • £85 for couples appointments.
• If you need to cancel, 72 hours’ notice is required.
• Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged as follows:

£55 for individuals
£55 for couples
