I offer a person-centred approach that focuses entirely on your experience, supporting you in identifying what is going on for you and where you want to be in your life.

We will work together to understand your world, uncover your strengths, and explore even the painful parts of your story with compassion. Sometimes past experiences quietly shape how we think, feel, and relate today. Counselling gives you the opportunity to explore these at your own pace, offering insight and a renewed sense of control and peace.
